Radiant Engineers (“we”, “us”) operates radiantengineers.in. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our enquiry forms:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your company name (optional)
- The material or component you are enquiring about, and any project details you provide
- Any drawing or file you send us by email or WhatsApp
We also collect standard technical information that every website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, through our hosting provider’s server logs and our analytics tools.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and carry out any work you subsequently ask us to do. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Where an enquiry becomes an order, we retain the associated records for as long as required by applicable tax and company law.
Who we share it with
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. It may be processed on our behalf by our website host and email provider purely so that the site and our inbox function. Where a component requires casting, we may share technical drawings with a casting partner — never your personal contact details without telling you first.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to: confirm what data we hold about you; correct or complete it; erase it; or withdraw a consent you previously gave. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.
